Delta Air Lines will celebrate its centenary with an immersive keynote presentation at the Sphere in Las Vegas during CES 2025.<\/p>\n
The January 7 event will mark the first CES keynote hosted at the venue, featuring its advanced display and audio technology.<\/p>\n
Delta CEO Ed Bastian highlighted the airline’s focus on innovation.<\/p>\n
“Technology is a powerful tool, but it’s people that make true innovation possible,” Bastian said.<\/p>\n
The presentation will use the Sphere’s Exosphere – the world’s largest LED screen – and its high-resolution interior display.<\/p>\n
Consumer Technology Association CEO Gary Shapiro welcomed Delta’s participation.<\/p>\n
“We know Delta has the vision to continue disrupting how we travel by leaning into technology,” Shapiro said.<\/p>\n
The airline will boost its Las Vegas flight schedule during the event.<\/p>\n
Delta will operate nearly 365 additional flights between January 4-11, offering 12,000 extra seats.<\/p>\n
New services will connect Las Vegas with Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Miami and San Jose.<\/p>\n
International flights will operate from Amsterdam, Paris, London Heathrow and Seoul.<\/p>\n
The expanded schedule represents a 20 per cent increase over regular January operations.<\/p>\n
